My perfect working environment is:
- Tidy, with everything filed away neatly or arranged in alphabetical order!
- Music (mostly thrash metal … the sound of white noise is good for my soul)
- Working on my own, but with others around (I’m a borderline introvert)
- I use Sally McGhee’s Take Back Your Life book, which is a variant on David Allen’s Getting Things Done approach using Microsoft Outlook and a PDA to organize my day.
